Our end-to-sourcing process at a high level
Tullius has deep experience in developing and drafting the many artefacts required in a sourcing program. Tullius understands the need to adequately document all sourcing activities and as such takes a structured approach to delivery of the artefacts when advising on IT sourcing programs.
It is important that any IT sourcing program meets, and ideally exceeds, client expectations. The key to meeting and exceeding client expectations is to proactively engage the key client executives at the beginning of the sourcing program, and to ensure that these executives are involved in key decisions throughout the sourcing process.
We have over 35 years of experience in preparing for, leading and executing negotiations of all sizes, specialising in complexed engagements. We have a host of methodologies, principles and approaches that we leverage. Our common methodology is adopting the ‘Principled/ interest-based’ negotiation method. Through the Principle we break down the negotiation process into 7 elements, giving structure in preparing for, participating in and measuring the success of a negotiation.
While our methodology is based around proven process and artefacts, a key differentiating element is the focus placed on managing stakeholders and delivering to required client outcomes, including timeframes, business needs and financial outcomes.
