Simplification Program
$600m
Australian Bank
In early 2022, an Australian based Big Four bank engaged Peter Law (Tullius Partner) as a Program Director to deliver a turnaround of the $600M Simplification Program, which had been running for 12 months and seen off two previous Program Directors.
